My room was really well-kept and had a nice writing desk and an iron. the location was perfect, just a short distance from the Disney parks, which was great for Halloween Horror Nights in October. Plus, it was right on the main road through the area. 🎃.

It was as expected, had a perfectly pleasant stay at a nextdoor Ramada Hotel the night prior. Liked this family-friendly venue: appetising food and super-friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel was in an amazing location close to restaurants or places, restraunts, and Walt Disney World.

Clean hotel, VERY GOOD service. Recently renovated units with decent equipment.

Everything was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I booked a family-friendly room that was well-appointed and had a jacuzzi tub, which was a nice touch. the breakfast options, including fresh fruit, butter, cereal, and toast. the location is central, with easy access to the water fountain, Sea World on International Drive, and Lake Buena Vista. I highly recommend this place!

The hotel is wonderful with free Wi-Fi and a good value. Staff are outstandingly accommodating and amicable and don't miss their shuttle to the parks. There are well-appointed and brand-new rooms with spotless bathrooms. There is a fridge and a microwave. The location is central.

Microwave in my room was dirty---yellow slime on the glass turntable and upper inside portion of the microwave. Someone else's hair was on the floor in the entryway of my room.

The location is exceptionally nice, with easy access to grocery stores and Target for snacks. the staff is caring and efficient, providing complimentary wake up calls and ironing services.

This hotel was pretty clean, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. it met my expectations. 😊.

The beds are very comfortable, the room was big and comfortable.

The elevator is very old The carts to carry the suitcases are extra old. It is very uncomfortable to carry your luggage on those carts. No gym. The pool is very small. Good breakfast.

Shower had mold , pool had green on bottom need cleaning , pool fence had mold on it mexicans in motel next to pool were loud and played there music very loud
